You guys have been the best while I've been away! The comments....oh wow! The emails about Winter. I'm blown away!!! :D

Sadly, I have to report that this blog will end with The Lunar Chronicles. :( I have too much work to do, and because it started with Cinder, I think it'll be perfect to end it with Stars Above. But wait, I will not end the series without doing one HUGE Lunar Chronicles giveaway! I promised you one ages ago! You will get it! I will also post my review of Fairest and Winter.....soon. 

*cough* *cough* Don't worry, authors! I'm still going to review those books  you sent me! :) I will do all the reviews I was supposed to do....eons ago! 

What is Stars Above you ask?
Well, Stars Above is a short story collection of the lunar chronicles that comes with FIVE additional NEW Stories! Yes!!! :D

And one of them features a wedding!!! A "wedding of the century" to be exact. We don't know who is getting married yet, but I would suggest Cinder and Kai, maybe? I sure hope it's them. Either way, we're ALL invited on February 2, 2016! Don't you just wish you could just jump into the lunar chronicles world for a bit just to congratulate the crew for a job well done? Or maybe just to look at Kai?

Remember the last time I posted Winter Teasers for Marissa Meyer's final book in The Lunar Chronicles? Well I'm back now! Since then, Maissa Meyer has posted Winter Teasers on her twitter page as a part of SaveCRESS, and I'm here to give you guys the update. Hurray! Extra Facts we've learned:
1. Unfortunately, There will be no ARCs of Winter
2. According to a Winter betareader, there is no epilogue.
3. I'm sorry to inform you guys that there are rumors of Winter not coming out till November 24, 2015 instead of February 2015. There has been no confirmation yet, but I will keep searching.

"We have had word that some political groups are calling for the forced abdication of Emperor Kaito."

It did not feel like home. It felt like a place that  had been built to be paradise, but had become a prison.

"She had the bone structure of a bird. Wolf  probably could have crushed her with his fingertips."

She was prettier than a bouquet of roses and crazier than a headless chicken. Fitting in was not an option.

Cliffhangers

She screamed like a thousand birds were picking at her flesh. She screamed like the palace was burning down around her.

She would die here and not complain. She would be buried beneath this avalanche of lifelessness.

"Hold these wires and make sure they don't touch." "What happens if they touch?" "The ship will probably self-destruct."

She was a danger to his hard-earned neutrality. Thinking about her tended to give him an unwanted hitch in his lungs.

"I intend to put an end to the rumors of the darling Princess Selene once and for all."

He laughed, like someone had stabbed him in the chest and he had no other choice, but to find it amusing.

In a moment of weakness, he craned his head and kissed her on the shoulder, where the drop of blood had fallen before.

Her whole body was wound up tight. She was ready to storm the palace herself-an army of one.

When they arrived, they arrived in force-a dozen military ships surrounding the safe house, guns drawn.

I hope you guys enjoyed these teasers as much as I did. Again, sorry if I overwhelmed you with all of them at once. Gah! I love The Lunar Chronicles so much!! I hope my emperor will still get to be an emperor when Winter is done. I can't wait to read it. Are you ready for the takedown of Levana?! I am so ready!

Winter Teasers

Ok. So don't yell at me guys. I know I haven't been "blogging" per se, but I've still been working on the blog, so that counts. Haha! I added a new page that shows off how much of a Jane Austen junkie I am. I missed blogging about Valentine's Day, but I spent it reminiscing about Emperor Kai's moments in Cress...oh yeah, and eating lots and lots of chocolate! :) Yum!

Well, I love teasers! Why, you ask? Well, it seems that even though I'm already dying for the book to come out, I want the teasers so I can want the book even more. Makes sense? No? Well, I guess it's just me  (doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me, either). So what book do I just NEED right now: Winter by Marissa Meyer!

I've now read all three books in the Lunar Chronicles and I am completely smitten with the series. It almost seems that I've dedicated this whole blog to the series. I read other things as well, guys, I promise. 

Well, as usual, whenever I really want a book, I search the net for all sorts of information on it. This is what showed up for Winter by Marissa Meyer...which doesn't come out till 2015. *tears of sadness*

It's hard to do this without spoilers, so I had to limit my findings. Sorries! :)


1. It seems that unlike Queen Levana, Winter is actually loved by the people of Luna, which Queen Levana hates, so she orders a certain someone to get rid of Winter. We can all take a guess at who Winter's "huntsman" is....my guess is Jacin. ;)


2. Queen Levana has a heart....or atleast had a heart. She was weeping for her late husband who died defending her (now we know why she wears that ring....she must've really loved him). I actually felt a little sympathy for her...but only a little because she did bad things in Cress...really bad things! 


3. Adri and Pearl will make an appearance in Winter....
